The reason your image/avatar was rejected is because we've reached capacity for storing images on the BOBR community forum servers. 

What you should do however, is:
1) open a new Photobucket.com (or free image hosting service) account,
2) upload your avatar image, and 
3) place the url link provided by photobucket in the "Use this URL" field of your BOBR profile.
